It's Dejavu all over again

Please take the time to listen to the entire speech, it won't be hard because after you hear the first 5 minutes you'll want to know if Reagan was predicting the future or discussing the plight of America in 1964.

You will recover to discover that we have already passed through these current times of troubles but we have just failed to remember that fact.
